Sun protection systems from recycled aluminium and high-quality textiles are resistant to the elements and stand out for their high material stability and extreme durability.
Design
The aluminium parts of the horizontal awning heroal HS are coated with the highly weather-resistant heroal hwr powder coating – for a unique freedom of design and perfect colour uniformity with heroal systems for windows, doors, sliding doors, curtain walls and canopies. Elements up to 5,3 m deep and 5 m wide, with a maximum area of 21 m², can be created. To provide for wider canopies, horizontal awnings can be combined as required. The individual awnings are fixed on a rafter with a centre crossbar. The colour design of the horizontal awning heroal HS can be adapted to the vertical awning heroal VS Z OR. A selection of different textiles is available.
Comfort
The on-glass awning offers ideal protection from glare, UV radiation and heat - because heroal HS reflects and absorbs the sun rays even before they hit the glass roof, so that the heating up of the covered room is reduced. The electrical control of the heroal HS at the touch of a button is very comfortable.

heroal offers products for the building shell from one source: heroal sun protection systems are compatible with heroal systems for windows, doors, sliding doors, canopies and curtain walls, and are perfectly matched in terms of design and function. Thanks to their colour uniformity and well-thought out design details, heroal systems can be easily combined with each other and integrate seamlessly into the building shell.
