For the secure planning of industrial, commercial and public buildings, heroal offers a comprehensive portfolio of modular system solutions in tested, burglar-resistant designs. With the heroal W 72 and W 77 window systems, the heroal D 72 door system and the heroal C 50 facade system, heroal offers solutions with tested burglar resistance up to RC 3. In addition, the heroal RS 37 RC 2 and RC 3 security roller shutters - certified to DIN EN 1627 - provide a flexible addition that can be integrated into the design. heroal roller shutter systems owe their high level of protection to the use of high-quality materials. The RC 2 version is based on high-quality aluminum; the heroal RS 37 RC 3 roller shutter system achieves the higher protection class thanks to a special stainless steel alloy. In addition, heroal roller shutter systems achieve the best values thanks to sophisticated design details such as the tilt bolt end strip or the anti-lift device. The possibility of realizing large dimensions and floor-to-ceiling elements as well as smartification using motors from different suppliers also ensures optimum flexibility.

The heroal FireXtech D 93 FP fire protection door system was developed as a central door solution. In the interior, heroal D 93 FP impresses with its general type approval and modular design for fire protection closures of 30 or 90 minutes. The D 93 FP 30 and D 93 FP 90 variants are approved by the building authorities in accordance with EN 1634-1 and DIN 4102-5/-13 and can be optionally supplemented with a smoke protection function in accordance with DIN 18095-1. In Austria and Switzerland, the system complies with classifications EI 30 and EI 90. For external use, the thermally separated heroal D 93 FP 30 system offers CE-tested safety in accordance with EN 16034 (EI₂ 30 - C5 with continuous function 200,000 cycles) and EN 14351-1. Smoke protection (S_a/S₂₀₀) can also be added as an option. Particularly attractive: The heroal D 93 FP 30 CE fire protection door can be seamlessly integrated into the heroal C 50 FP EI 30 fire protection facade as a single or double-leaf fire protection closure.

The heroal C 50 FP fire protection facade enables a continuous design with the same appearance as facade areas without fire protection requirements, which are realized with the heroal C 50 facade system. Based on this proven facade system, the heroal C 50 FP fire protection facade is tested in accordance with EN 1364-3 and classified as EI 30 i<->o in accordance with EN 13501-2. With just a few additional components - including the patented fireblock insulator - highly safe, energy-efficient solutions can be created, including the highly thermally insulated heroal C 50 FP HI variant. The facade can be designed both as a curtain wall and as an indented facade. For additional protection, the heroal C 50 FB (Fire Barrier) system variant offers a fully integrated solution to prevent fire flashover between storeys.
