Your advantages with heroal systems

Design variety

The door system is coated with heroal hwr powder coating for unique design variety and colour consistency with the heroal system portfolio. With heroal's profile bending and folding service, special shapes such as round, pointed and basket arches can be realised. The system is available in all common designs, opening types and construction variants.

Thermal insulation

The thermal insulation values can be easily adapted to the construction project thanks to flexible combinations of profiles with or without PU foam, glazing seals in highly insulating (HI) or standard versions, and with or without insulation inserts. The door system is made from recycled aluminium and is Cradle to Cradle Certified®.

Panic and escape doors

heroal door systems offer certified security for a wide range of requirements – from burglar-resistant solutions to resistance class RC 3 and RC 3-tested panic and escape doors in accordance with DIN EN 1627 and DIN EN 1125. They meet the highest security standards and are also designed for heavy-duty use.

Facade integration

The heroal D 72 project door for high-traffic entrance areas can be ideally integrated into the versatile heroal C 50 facade system – for harmonious building envelopes.

Universal fitting groove

Thanks to the universal fitting groove, fittings from different manufacturers can be selected according to requirements.

Universal punching machine

The profiles of all heroal D 72 door systems can be processed using the universal punching machine. Production times are significantly reduced and set-up costs are lowered.

Door closure variants

With approx. 160 door closures, including zero barriers, the heroal D 72 door system can be adapted to meet a wide range of technical requirements and individual customer specifications. For threshold-free solutions, the door system can be combined with the patented heroal DS drainage system.

Reversible panel attachment

The patented, reversible panel attachment is compatible with door panels from all common manufacturers and enables particularly time-saving, reliable production. The panel is clipped onto the profile; no adhesive is required. Also reversible on both sides with the heroal D 72 PF EM door system.

Reliable manufacturing

With one system, you can produce doors for homes and commercial properties for a variety of requirements using the same tools and machine settings. The design principle, which spans different systems and construction depths, ensures reliable manufacturing with few complaints.

Efficient door leaf profiles

The heroal D 72 PF EM door leaf profiles are based on the heroal D 72 system and enable particularly fast and efficient production with an identical set of tools. Thanks to a fixed internal stop (PF) and a design without a glazing bead, they are particularly easy to install (EM = Easy Mount).

Profile composite with insertion spring

The profile composite with insertion spring prevents distortion without additional cutting (heroal D 72 PF EM).

Greater efficiency at lower costs

As the same components are used for different frame and sash profiles in the heroal D 72 PF EM, storage costs are reduced to a minimum. Production and throughput times are also reduced, as certain steps in the assembly process are no longer necessary. For example, no additional processing of the door panels is required. At the same time, material is saved as the glazing bead is no longer needed.

Connection technology

heroal connection technology with nailable and pressable corner brackets, connector screws and sealant injection (heroal D 92 UD only) ensures fault-tolerant and reliable production. Spreader brackets make it particularly easy to align two mitre-cut profiles.

Vulcanised sealing frame

The vulcanised sealing frame of the heroal D 92 UD door system reduces the number of components/individual parts by up to 70% in the lower door area.
