Kits for sun protection systems: an easy way to get started, lower stockholding costs

Kits provide a connection between the security of industrially manufactured components and the flexibility of in-house production. Instead of keeping long lengths of material and numerous variants in stock, specialist partners can order on a project-by-project basis whilst still retaining a significant proportion of the value added within their own operations. The automated processing ensures short handling distances, consistent quality and precise preparation of the system components.

In-house fabric manufacturing

Another key component is the company’s new in-house fabric manufacturing facility for textile screens. Using state-of-the-art production equipment, heroal manufactures selected premium fabrics in-house. This increases flexibility, creates the potential for faster delivery times and enables even closer coordination between aluminium components and the fabric. Additional colours and fabrics continue to be sourced from specialist service providers.

Solutions for simple, efficient installation
