This system stands out for a short fabrication time and excellent static characteristics, offering fire protection planners, architects and fabricators a system solution for indoor and outdoor use in residential and commercial buildings. heroal FireXtech D 93 FP fulfils the Europe-wide recognised classification as an EI₂ 30 fire protection closure also with smoke protection classification S₂₀₀/S_a in accordance with product standard EN 16034 for outside applications. In addition, this system can be used inside with T 30 classification in Germany. In Austria and Switzerland, required national approvals or classification documents for fire doors must be applied for first.

heroal S 77 SL opens up new large dimensions and guarantees maximum transparency with its unique innovative frame construction. The new generation of heroal lifting-sliding doors combines a movable monorail casement with fixed frame glazing and minimal view widths. This large frameless glazing with clean lines forms an almost invisible link between the inside and outside, extending the living space beyond its actual limits. Additionally, the insulating variant heroal S 77 SL/CC provides for an improved heat insulation due to the optimised design of the central joint, the typical weak point in the insulation of any lifting sliding door. This optimisation creates a comfortable climate in the living spaces.

The window system heroal W 72 with its numerous variants offers the greatest possible freedom of design – from the planning phase to manufacture. In addition to supplementary elements, such as the ventilation flap heroal W 72 VF and parallel slide and tilt doors (PSK), this system also provides for perfect combinations with the door system heroal D 72. Sash profiles are available with push rod fitting grooves (SBN) and plastic fitting grooves (KBN), which makes a flexible fabrication possible. It is possible to create windows with a high proportion of glass, thanks to the small face width of just 90 mm. The standard heroal W 72 system with a face width of 120 mm achieves a low U_f value of 1.3 W/m²K, and can be further enhanced or extended. System extensions are heroal W 72 (w/o PU foam – reduction in U value through modification of the profile sealing zone and the use of alternative insulating material), heroal W 72 HI (Highly Insulated - enhancement of the U value through the use of different sealings and insulations) and heroal W 77 UD (Universal Design - French doors with a threshold height < 20 mm).

heroal VS Z is an innovative zip screen system that is installed as external sun protection and is suitable even for very tall buildings. The curtain is guided in the aluminium guide rails by a zip attached to the fabric. With a view width of just 25 mm, the guide rail of the heroal VS Z is one of the pioneers on the market. A range of different guide rails are available, which, depending on the version, are characterised by their particularly narrow view width or can be completely plastered if desired. The high-quality textile selection consists of translucent and opaque fabrics, which allow solar radiation to be reduced by up to 100%* through reflection and absorption of sunlight. At the same time, the UV radiation is filtered by up to 100%*.
