The unique design of the Garden Towers ensures that the building fits in perfectly with the urban district. From the very top floors in nearly 55 meters altitude, residents are offered a spectacular view of Prague's old town and the castle.
The outward appearance suggests the use of the building. Thus, the windows are arranged analogously to a piano keyboard and the prevailing materials optically show the connection to brass and woodwind instruments.
The basic concept for the architectural design of the hotel resort was the idea of a “roofed” square in the green: an artificially created place, embedded in the landscape, which adjoins a body of water and a part of the surrounding green space.
