Components of the heroal Les Couleurs® Le Corbusier Door

Handles - The handle on the heroal Les Couleurs® Le Corbusier front door can be customised. Three handle lengths and optional LED strip lights are available for this purpose.

Fitting - the heroal DF fitting technology follows the universal design approach, ensuring individual adaptability to user needs at any time.

Reversible door infill panel - The heroal door infill panel offers the innovative fixing technology for single-sided casement-enclosing front door infill panels (CCI) or attachment infill panels. The prefabricated infill panel is attached in the casement using joints.

Door hinges - Hinges can also be coated in Le Corbusier colours: When using the same shades, optimally coordinated authentic colours for the casement, internal panel and hinges are guaranteed.

heroal D 72 door system - heroal offers a unique system variety with the front door system heroal D 72. The best materials, highest functionality, sophisticated design variants and maximum flexibility are the solid basis for individual and exclusively produced individual pieces.

Casement and door options - The heroal front door is available as flush or protruding. In both versions, the heroal D 72 PF casement profile features a fixed internal backstop instead of a glass strip. The frames, infill panels, handles and hinges can be customised with different colours as per the customer's requirements - including inside and outside.

Threshold - The heroal front door is equipped with a new, production-optimised threshold seal. Barrier-free threshold profiles also facilitate accessibility.

Le Corbusier (1887-1965) is considered to be one of the most famous architects of the 20th century and continues to have a profound influence on modern architecture today. During his lifetime, he created numerous urban development plans and built some pioneering buildings. It is for good reason that 17 of his buildings were added to the UNESCO World Heritage List in 2016, attesting to the globalisation of the modern movement. Drawing on his experiences working with structure, volume and colour, he developed two colour collections in 1931 and 1959: Architectural Polychromy.

Thanks to its exclusive partnership with Les Couleurs® Le Corbusier, heroal now offers an even wider range of colours for windows, doors and curtain walls. The two "colour keyboards" consist of a total of 63 colour shades from nine colour groups, based on natural primary colours that evoke associations with our environment such as space, sky, walls, sand and landscape. Each colour is eminently architectural and naturally harmonious. All colour shades can be combined with one another in impressive fashion and embody spatial effects: "Colour modifies space, classifies objects, has a physiological effect on us and reacts strongly to our sensibilities." Through this exclusive partnership, heroal now offers this colour spectrum for windows, doors and curtain walls. The Corbusier colour shades, as well as the RAL shades, are processed in the in-house heroal coating plant. Thanks to their highly weather-resistant (hwr) powder coating, they offer excellent colour stability, gloss retention and weather resistance over the long term and in the usual heroal level of quality.
