The design of the thermally insulated heroal C 50 curtain wall system is ideal for use as a vertical or vertical-bending transommullion, transom-transom or mullion-mullion curtain wall. The system can also be used as a roof area, light roof pyramid or conservatory. A variety of cover and pressure profiles adds the finishing touch to the range of systems. The heroal C 50 curtain wall system achieves heat insulation values of up to U_f = 1.2 W/m²K and enables optimised ventilation as well as drainage.

The heroal C 50 FP fire protection curtain wall system is a building component that requires a CE marking, which has been tested by the ift Rosenheim in line with standard EN 1364-3 and classified in accordance with EN 13501-2. All fire protection components are concealed in the construction, which enables an invisible transfer to curtain wall areas without protection requirements. The fire protection curtain wall system can be expanded to a matching EI 30 i<>o curtain wall based on the heroal C 50 curtain wall solution. A curtain wall with a high safety standard can be created with the same basic profiles and just a few additional building components, like the patented Fireblock insulator. The heroal C 50 FP fire protection curtain wall is also available as a highly insulated heroal C 50 FP HI version that meets high heat insulation standards for fire protection curtain walls.

The heroal D 82 FP 5-chamber profile system offers technically sophisticated solutions for fire prevention elements. The separation of cooling zone and functional track which is unique to heroal guarantees lasting application and functional reliability, even with frequent use. As well as national certification, there is also the possibility for certification in Austria, Switzerland and the Netherlands.

The heroal D 65 door system offers economical solutions for doors that open inwards and outwards, including automatic door systems and emergency exit doors. The 3-chamber profiles provide the best possible system security with the proven system fittings, combined with heroal system components. The heroal D 65 door system meets the highest demands with regard to operating comfort and burglary resistance.

A versatile range of functions, combined with the best heat insulation and static values – the heroal D 72 door system offers efficient and reliable door solutions, even for heavily used entrance areas. The tested heroal system can be used to construct all common types of opening, including automatic door systems and burglar-resistant doors up to resistance class 2 or with emergency exit door function.

The window system heroal W 72 with its numerous variants offers the greatest possible freedom of design – from the planning phase to manufacture. In addition to supplementary elements, such as the ventilation flap heroal W 72 VF and parallel slide and tilt doors (PSK), this system also provides for perfect combinations with the door system heroal D 72. Sash profiles are available with push rod fitting grooves (SBN) and plastic fitting grooves (KBN), which makes a flexible fabrication possible. It is possible to create windows with a high proportion of glass, thanks to the small face width of just 90 mm. The standard heroal W 72 system with a face width of 120 mm achieves a low U_f value of 1.3 W/m²K, and can be further enhanced or extended. System extensions are heroal W 72 (w/o PU foam – reduction in U value through modification of the profile sealing zone and the use of alternative insulating material), heroal W 72 HI (Highly Insulated - enhancement of the U value through the use of different sealings and insulations) and heroal W 77 UD (Universal Design - French doors with a threshold height < 20 mm).
