The heroal D 72 door system offers functional versatility with a range of opening types for typical heroal performance features. The tested and certified heroal system allows all conventional types of openings to be implemented, including tested emergency exits and escape routes (according to DIN EN 179/1125), ­automatic door systems, finger guard doors and burglar-resistant doors – also with the emergency exit door function.

The block window system heroal W 72 i stands for a wide range of architectural designs, made possible through subtle, slim face widths. Sash profiles are not only available with push rod fitting grooves (SBN) and plastic fitting grooves (KBN), but also as interior and exterior glazing, which makes a flexible fabrication and installation possible. The minimum face width for this system is just 81 mm. heroal W 72 i combines a maximum proportion of glass with a modern design without a visible sash, and at the same time offers a high thermal efficiency. It stands for versatile uses, for example as insert element in a curtain wall. The standard heroal W 72 i system with a face width of 87/91 mm achieves a U_f value of 1.5/1.7 W/m²K, and can be further enhanced or extended. System extensions are heroal W 72 i (w/o PU foam – reduction in U value through the elimination of the profile sealing zone and the use of alternative insulating material) and heroal W 72 i UD (Universal Design – block French doors with a threshold height < 20 mm).

The window system heroal W 72 with its numerous variants offers the greatest possible freedom of design – from the planning phase to manufacture. In addition to supplementary elements, such as the ventilation flap heroal W 72 VF and parallel slide and tilt doors (PSK), this system also provides for perfect combinations with the door system heroal D 72. Sash profiles are available with push rod fitting grooves (SBN) and plastic fitting grooves (KBN), which makes a flexible fabrication possible. It is possible to create windows with a high proportion of glass, thanks to the small face width of just 90 mm. The standard heroal W 72 system with a face width of 120 mm achieves a low U_f value of 1.3 W/m²K, and can be further enhanced or extended. System extensions are heroal W 72 (w/o PU foam – reduction in U value through modification of the profile sealing zone and the use of alternative insulating material), heroal W 72 HI (Highly Insulated - enhancement of the U value through the use of different sealings and insulations) and heroal W 77 UD (Universal Design - French doors with a threshold height < 20 mm).

heroal VS Z is an innovative zip screen system that is installed as external sun protection and is suitable even for very tall buildings. The curtain is guided in the aluminium guide rails by a zip attached to the fabric. With a view width of just 25 mm, the guide rail of the heroal VS Z is one of the pioneers on the market. A range of different guide rails are available, which, depending on the version, are characterised by their particularly narrow view width or can be completely plastered if desired. The high-quality textile selection consists of translucent and opaque fabrics, which allow solar radiation to be reduced by up to 100%* through reflection and absorption of sunlight. At the same time, the UV radiation is filtered by up to 100%*.

The high-quality canopy heroal C 50 TC for upscale residential and project buildings can be created from the versatile curtain wall system heroal C 50. With a maximum overhang of 2,000 mm and an adjustable roof pitch, the canopy can be adapted to individual requirements. Thanks to the pressure strip screw connection with countersunk screws, identical profile machining as for heroal C 50, and the heroal system attachment technology, both manufacture and installation are easy and fast. The canopy is firmly attached to the curtain wall or building structure. Per mount, loads up to 6.5 kN are transferred. The slim profiles used for these elements, a 60 x 50 mm rafter profile and a 50 x 50 mm support profile, create subtle looks.
