Lifting-sliding systems
heroal S 77 SL opens up new large dimensions and guarantees maximum transparency with its unique innovative frame construction. The new generation of heroal lifting-sliding doors combines a movable monorail casement with fixed frame glazing and minimal view widths. This large frameless glazing with clean lines forms an almost invisible link between the inside and outside, extending the living space beyond its actual limits. The heroal S 77 SL lifting-sliding system is a new architectural design element that creates a new sense of space.

Additionally, the insulating variant heroal S 77 SL/CC provides for an improved heat insulation due to the optimised design of the central joint, the typical weak point in the insulation of any lifting sliding door. This optimisation creates a comfortable climate in the living spaces.

Door systems
The heroal D 92 UD front door system is characterised by intuitive operation and adaptive design. The system offers a multitude of design options with its modular structure. The appearance and usage properties can be easily adapted to different capabilities or new user requirements. And this has no effect whatsoever on the outstanding performance features or functional operability.
Innovative reversible infill panel attachment and side section integration With its heroal D 92 UD door system, heroal is providing innovative infill panel attachment for aluminium materials. This variant offers the possibility of fixing the prefabricated infill panel in the casement by means of joints. Due to the different possibilities provided by the heroal infill panel attachments, maximum casement leaf sizes can be manufactured. Processors are offered many benefits as the heroal D 92 UD door system can be extended thanks to a profile design for this type of infill panel attachment. Easy installation, even at the construction site, reversible for Design modifications and time-saving processing of the entire system are just a few aspects of the new design.
Creative diversity By extending the profiles for the connection of side sections from the heroal D 92 UD front door system, heroal is providing processors with new opportunities. Depending on your requirements, side sections can be finished with surrounding frames or with adjoining side sections. This provides new possibilities for the design of side sections, e.g. matching finishes for both the casement and the side section. Optionally, the processor can choose the best suited variation of processing. heroal offers the expected short and simple processing times for the new design of the side sections.

Window systems
The window system heroal W 72 with its numerous variants offers the greatest possible freedom of design – from the planning phase to manufacture. In addition to supplementary elements, such as the ventilation flap heroal W 72 VF and parallel slide and tilt doors (PSK), this system also provides for perfect combinations with the door system heroal D 72. Sash profiles are available with push rod fitting grooves (SBN) and plastic fitting grooves (KBN), which makes a flexible fabrication possible. It is possible to create windows with a high proportion of glass, thanks to the small face width of just 90 mm. The standard heroal W 72 system with a face width of 120 mm achieves a low Uf value of 1.3 W/m²K, and can be further enhanced or extended. System extensions are heroal W 72 (w/o PU foam – reduction in U value through modification of the profile sealing zone and the use of alternative insulating material), heroal W 72 HI (Highly Insulated - enhancement of the U value through the use of different sealings and insulations) and heroal W 77 UD (Universal Design - French doors with a threshold height < 20 mm).
