heroal has optimized the corner cleating set of sash profiles for the heroal W 72 and heroal W 77 window systems to achieve considerable time and cost savings in production and maximum processing efficiency. The main advantages of the new die-cast corner angles include, in particular, the identical profile processing of horizontal and vertical sash profiles. Inlet chamfers on all components, stabilising corner angles that can be retrofitted and an expansion function that is activated during the pressing/nailing process also simplify the jointing of the sashes and alignment for fast further processing. A feedback function also ensures high-quality results and provides confidence when sealing. The new stabilizing corner angles also support efficient processing. For this purpose, they are equipped with knurled screws/nuts that cause the miter to actively contract. heroal specialist partners benefit from the new sash profiles thanks to a massive reduction in the joining process of up to 35 % and savings of up to 20 % on adhesive.

heroal is introducing a new variant of the heroal W 72 window system to meet the highest requirements for comfort and barrier freedom: As a single-leaf variant with pivoting casement, the heroal W 72 UD French door with level ground threshold eliminates obstructive tripping hazards and ensures comfort and security when crossing thresholds. When the unit is closed, two magnetic profiles embedded in the frame, which automatically lift up during the closing process, ensure a perfect seal. As an ideal solution for tenders, heroal W 72 UD has all the advantages of the heroal W 72 window system.

With a face width of just 34 mm for the box-depth guide rail and a total face width of 48 mm including anti-drop device, heroal plus also impresses with its slim elevations and discreet appearance. Thanks to the uniform color and surface finish of all aluminium profiles and invisible screw connections, heroal plus also meets all requirements for a high-quality and elegant design. The delivery of all system components cut to size and the clip-on profiles ensure maximum efficiency and security in production and installation.
