Sun protection systems made of recycled aluminium and high-quality textiles are also weather-resistant and set themselves apart with their excellent material stability and exceptional durability.
Flexibility
The heroal VS Z textile assembly is manufactured according to the order and is completely assembled for installation. The heroal VS Z textile assembly can be ordered in advance, which makes the order process reliable, quick and easy. The heroal VS Z textile assembly is suitable for the following Exte top-mounted box systems thanks to the special bearing shells: Exakt XT, Expert XT, Elite XT and Neo XT. PVC-coated or uncoated aluminium guide rails as well as all box components can be ordered through Exte, while heroal Exte powder-coated aluminium guide rails or the heroal GR 37 guide rails can be purchased from heroal together with the heroal VS Z textile assembly. Configuration is made quick and easy online by the heroal Business Configurator. The heroal textile assembly can be used with a maximum element size up to 3,000 mm wide and 3,000 mm high in the Exte boxes mentioned.
Comfort
The textile provides optimum glare, UV and heat protection as well as privacy and can also be used in place of an insect screen. The sun protection is controlled at the push of a button via remote control, manually via a wall-mounted button or by app. What's more, the textile screen can also be integrated in Smart Home systems. The motor mount is designed for the motor heads of all major manufacturers with different mounts for round and star-shaped motor heads. Crank-operated and battery-buffered drive solutions for the second escape route are also available. The curtain is guided by a zip attached to the textile in stable guide rails with an end slat.
Design
The aluminium components of the heroal VS Z textile assembly are coated with the highly weather-resistant heroal hwr powder coating – for perfect colour matching with the heroal window, door, sliding door, curtain wall and roofing systems. More than 250 different textiles in the standard portfolio provide maximum design freedom. Optimum textile tensioning is achieved even with extreme dimensions.
