The heroal D 72 PF "Panel Fixed“ door casement profile with fixed inside stop does not require a glass strip. In the D 72 PF EM door casement profile, which is extremely easy to install, no work needs to be carried out on the profile composite and slide-in springs. The heroal connection technology with nail-in and press-fit corner angles as well as connector screws and the uniform construction principle across all systems and design depths ensure error-tolerant production with reliable processes. Opening corner angles enable particularly easy alignment of two mitred profiles. The universal fitting groove lets you use fittings from different manufacturers. heroal D 72 combines a wide range of fabrication options in a single system thanks to the flexible profiles with different view widths and the heroal D 72 RL and heroal D 72 CL design lines. The end-to-end system logic and use of the same tools offer maximum production reliability. At the same time, the system allows individual customer requests to be met, while also saving on storage costs thanks to the use of universal components. The patented, reversible infill panel attachment fastens the prefabricated door infill panel by fitting it in the casement. By comparison with the full-surface panel adhesion using 2C adhesives, the reversible infill panel attachment is not only the most efficient and reliable method of infill panel installation, it is now even faster and easier. The huge selection of around 160 different door seals ensures the availability of door seals to meet all requirements and makes it easy to adjust the performance features to the construction project. The universal punch can be used to machine the profiles of all door systems from the heroal D 72 system. Production times are significantly shortened and setup costs reduced.
Sustainability
Door systems made from recycled aluminium are extremely durable and have a positive influence on a building's energy-efficiency. The modular system design and different types of insulation make it easy to adjust the heat insulation values to the construction project. Uf values of 1.7 W/m2k allow the profiles of the heroal D 72 door system to be flexibly adjusted to the technical requirements. The selection of the appropriate glass (UG value) or infill panel (UP value) allows UD values of up to 0.89 W/m2k to be achieved, which meet the current requirements of the GEG 2023 (Building Energy Act) as well as for KfW funding. heroal door systems are sustainable throughout the entire product lifecycle as well as being Cradle to Cradle Certified® (silver). This internationally recognised certificate verifies the use of environmentally safe, healthy, and recyclable materials.
Comfort
The standard version of the heroal D 72 door system is burglar-resistant and tested up to resistance class RC 3. Self- and multi-locking fitting variants increase security. Soundproofing up to class 3 contributes to a healthy living environment. Zero-barrier ground-level thresholds offer unrestricted mobility. To prevent moisture damage in the interior, the heroal D 72 door system can be combined with the heroal DS drainage system, which diverts any surface water without any backlog. Smart access solutions such as Keyless Entry increase comfort. At the same time, heroal door systems can be fitted with electric locks and integrated in all common Smart-Home systems.
Design
The heroal D 72 door system offers a wide range of design options and maximum design freedom. The highly weather-resistant heroal hwr powder coating creates a perfect harmony of colours with the heroal window, sliding door, roller shutter, curtain wall, sun and roof systems – available in over 500 RAL, DB, VEKA shades with different gloss levels and textures. Metallic-reflective looks can be created with an eloxal coating. The offer is complemented by the heroal SD surface finish with wood, rust or concrete look as well as the exclusive Les Couleurs® Le Corbusier® colours. The heroal Les Couleurs® Le Corbusier® front door in exclusive colours by Les Couleurs® Le Corbusier® gives every entrance area a natural and architectural look. All opening types and a wide variety of styles, including skylights and side sections, are possible. Special shapes such as round and basket arches are made possible by the heroal profile bending and edging service. The door systems can be combined with infill panels, sash-concealing attachment panels (one-sided or both sides), glass inserts and panels with motifs in real wood or ceramic infill panels from different manufacturers. The modern heroal front door infill panel has an integrated handle strip in three lengths with optional LED lighting. Thanks to the patented, reversible infill panel attachment, the design can also be changed retrospectively. The heroal design lever handle and door hinges (roller, top or concealed hinges) from the heroal DF fitting series, available in a range of colours, complete the high-quality design concept.
