With the tried and tested, highly weather resistant powder coating heroal hwr serving as its basis, heroal Surface Design (SD) exceeds the advantages of profile foiling - and also offers additional design options.

Innovative coating technology for aluminium profiles

Tried and tested quality - heroal hwr powder coating is the basis

heroal Surface Design enables you to create aluminium windows, doors, curtain walls or roofings with wood, concrete or rust looks. After having been heroal hwr powder-coated, the profiles are wrapped in a transfer foil with sublimation ink. Extreme heat creates a vacuum, and the ink cures into the powder coating. Then the foil is removed, revealing the high-quality surface look. The bonding of heroal SD and the hwr powder coating underneath is very strong. That way, heroal Surface Design (SD) provides for surfaces of excellent quality.
