Wide range of versions for different designs
The end slats manufactured from extruded aluminium are available as smooth end slats (with and without rubber seal), angled end slats and Safe end slats in a wide range of versions. Depending on requirements, a concealed backstop, stopping block, or backstop with angled end slat can be selected. The optional flat steel slide-in unit increases the weight during manual operation. Different end slats for Mini and Maxi slats ensure a stable and visually appealing completion of the roller shutter curtain. heroal's new platform for angled end slats as clockwise and counterclockwise roller applications in top- and frontmounted boxes supports the easy and high-quality installation of heroal roller shutter systems. The angle attached at the bottom allows the end slat to sit almost flush with the opening of the box system for a clean finish.
Tightly closing end strips ensure the heat insulating, energy saving function of the roller shutter.
Design
Depending on requirements, a concealed backstop, a stopper or a backstop with angled end strip can be chosen. The highly weather resistant heroal hwr powder coating provides for a perfect colour uniformity with heroal systems for windows, doors, sliding doors, curtain walls and roofings. In addition to more than 500 RAL, DB and VEKA colours, it is also available in the exclusive Les Couleurs® Le Corbusier® shades. Different gloss levels and structures perfectly accentuate surfaces coated in RAL colours. With the innovative surface refinement heroal SD, the surfaces of extruded parts are given impressive wood, rust or concrete looks. Reflective metallic looks can be created with Eloxal coatings.

The stop function makes sure that the curtain unwinds without jamming. The optional insertion of flat bars enhances security.
