The biggest challenge heroal faces is the combination of different production processes for roller shutter system parts that are directly connected to one another as they require different coating technologies. The heroal hwr (high weather resistant) coating for extruded profiles matches perfectly with the 2-layer thick coating for roll-formed products. Around 200 RAL colors are available for these well coordinated systems. At heroal, more than 12,000 m2 aluminium profiles are coated every day, an area the size of several football fields. In addition to the approx. 500 RAL colours in stock, profiles can also be coated in the exclusive Les Couleures® Le Corbusier shades. Special powders supplied by our customers can also be used in our coating facility.
