With the heroal VS Z corner solution, the aluminium system provider heroal offers a zip screen system for corners (e.g. all-glass corners), that effectively protects from glare, heat and prying eyes with just one single rope guidance.
Zip-guided shading of corners with just one single rope guidance
The heroal VS Z corner solution consists of two textile screens with zip guidance at the sides, and a rope guidance in the corner area, and provides for effective sun protection at corners (e.g. all-glass corners). A very sophisticated feature: the screens are guided via separate end strips, both running in just one rope guidance. That means the screens can be independently controlled and individually adapted to the position of the sun. Surfaces up to 9 square metres per textile screen can be created. In order to provide for protection from insects in addition to protection from glare, heat and prying eyes, the heroal VS Z corner solution can be combined with insect doors or stenter frames by means of distance profiles and matching decorative caps.
In addition to its functional advantages, the heroal VS Z corner solution looks aesthetically appealing. The standard range includes around 250 textiles for the screens to choose from – from semi-translucent for natural daylight inside the room to blackout for almost complete room darkening. When the textile screen is not used, it disappears into the heroal front-mounted box system (sizes 105 and 125 millimetres). In the area of the corner, the textile screens are connected by a slim, stainless steel rope guidance. The screen guidance at the sides, using guide rails with a particularly slim face width of only 25 millimetres, further underlines the subtle design. If required, both the guide rails and the box system can be fully plastered in. The extruded components have a highly weather resistant heroal hwr powder coating, creating additional freedom of design
