Roller shutter slats made from recycled, double-walled aluminium are hail and weather resistant, and stand out for their natural protection against corrosion, and high material stability. This means that they are not only extremely durable, but also very eco-friendly and sustainable, as they combine a positive impact on the energy efficiency of a building with a very low material input.
Flexibility
heroal takes over the customisation and supplies certified finished elements, which are completely made of heroal components and fully compatible with heroal windows, sliding doors and curtain walls. The effort to manufacture the elements is eliminated, so that it is possible to respond to capacity bottlenecks quickly. Depending on capacity levels, heroal roller shutter systems can be ordered as system items, curtains, or finished elements (heroal Ready).
Design
The geometry of the roller shutter slats provides for an ideal winding behaviour, so that even very high elements require only small box sizes. heroal 2-layer thick coatings, which have even been certified for marine use, make sure that roll-formed aluminium parts, such as roller shutter or roller door slats, are extremely colourfast and weather resistant. For building shells that appear to be cast from the same mould, heroal 2-layer thick coatings and heroal hwr powder coatings for extruded elements are perfectly matched - for a perfect colour uniformity with heroal systems for windows, sliding doors, curtain walls and roofings. In addition to more than 500 RAL, DB and VEKA colours, the highly weather resistant heroal hwr powder coating is also available in the exclusive Les Couleurs® Le Corbusier shades. Different gloss levels and structures perfectly accentuate surfaces coated in RAL colours. With the innovative surface refinement heroal SD, the surfaces of extruded parts are given impressive wood, rust or concrete looks. Reflective metallic looks can be created with Eloxal coatings.
Comfort
heroal roller shutter systems stand out for their extremely silent running. Motors from different producers can be used, so that the operation mode can be flexibly adapted to requirements. Both the connection to a smart home system and the manual operation via a belt or rope are available. To enhance comfort, insect screens can be directly integrated into the panel box system. The available space is perfectly used, and any additional installation effort for screens is eliminated.
