New system solutions, an expanded range of software and supporting services form the core of heroal’s exhibition presence at BAU 2027. Under the guiding principle 'spaces for life', the aluminium systems supplier will be presenting a consistently refined portfolio in Hall B1 at Stand 310, one that opens up new design and functional possibilities. Digital applications, alongside consultancy and support services, help heroal’s specialist partners to deliver challenging projects in an economical and sustainable manner.

heroal’s key themes at BAU 2027

Luxury housing
New design solutions

For high-end residential construction, heroal is presenting new system solutions with a focus on design, transparency and efficiency of installation. These include the heroal D 72 PF EM door system in a new version that is flush with the surface both inside and out. The range is complemented by a minimalist sliding system featuring large-format glass panels and reduced face widths, as well as a new, particularly delicate sun protection solution. The tried-and-tested heroal S 77 SL lift-and-slide system is also on display in a new version with a narrower central joint – for even greater transparency and a discreet appearance.

Commercial construction
Added value for commercial property development

For commercial construction, heroal presents further-developed system solutions featuring new functionalities and expanded application possibilities. The focus is on the heroal C 50 post-transom curtain wall system and the heroal window systems. With heroal W 72, heroal also presents an efficient solution for façades comprising window units. Integrated sun protection systems complement the window and façade solutions and ensure a technically and visually harmonious appearance of the building shell. Extensions for the heroal D 93 FP and heroal D 65 C SP round off the portfolio in the field of fire and smoke protection.

Optimisation of planning, production and sales processes

heroal demonstrates how fabricators can optimise their manufacturing processes in a targeted manner. A customer case study illustrates how heroal’s manufacturing consultancy analyses existing workflows and identifies opportunities for more efficient production. Furthermore, fabricators can gain practical experience of heroal’s digital services – from picos ID and the heroal configurators to a new lead management offering. These solutions provide support throughout the entire value chain and create more efficient, future-proof processes.

Maximum design freedom

heroal offers fabricators and architects a wide range of options for customised design. The range extends from the durable heroal hwr powder coating, through heroal Surface Design in wood, concrete or rust finishes, to the exclusive colour ranges of Les Couleurs® Le Corbusier® and textile shading solutions. The range is complemented by the heroal profile bending service, the machining and coating of aluminium panels, and the project-specific implementation of bespoke solutions.
