The innovative, future-oriented generation of windows from heroal offers high quality with minimal energy consumption during manufacture and maximum energy conservation throughout the lifetime of a product.

For the purposes of continuous quality assurance and optimisation, it has always been one of our requirements to perform the key production steps in our own factories, applying our own expertise. This requirement is particularly evident in the surface finishing. With the highly weather-resistant hwr powder coating, heroal offers a coating that meets the highest of requirements for weathering and colour resistance for all window systems. heroal window systems guarantee maximum system security. With the modular build of profile insulation zones, the U-values can be precisely implemented for each requirement, up to and including Uf-values suited to passive houses. The result is energy-saving windows in compliance with the German energy conservation requirements (EnEV) 2009 as well as the future requirements for 2012. Furthermore, heroal window systems offer considerably higher stability and better statics thanks to the heroal compound process. This also ensures the best results in wind resistance, leak and soundproofing tests as well as burglar-resistant designs up to resistance class RC 4. In addition, heroal offers practically unlimited configuration options, for example with its in-house profile bending and edging service.

heroal aluminium window systems combine innovative heat insulation with optimim functionality, high-quality design and excellent system compatibility. The profile compound developed and quality-assured by heroal, which consists of aluminium half-shells, polyamide thermal breaks and a completely foam-filled insulation zone, provides the basis for energy-efficient windows. With the heroal W 72 window innovation, heroal is setting new standards for sustainable construction.
